**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable and skilled Installer to add a new experienced member to our team. We are quickly growing and we need someone who wants to grow with us. This position is responsible for helping with stone countertops manufacturing.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while providing exceptional customer service, leading with installations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Be professional and have the ability to carry and move Stone efficiently without damage to Stone or Customers’ surroundings.
- Be able to communicate with and follow instructions from the management team and the scheduler and site foreman.
- Assist in loading and unloading stone countertops and tools from the company vehicle.
- Aid in the safe transport and handling of countertops during installations.
- Prepare job sites by ensuring they are clean and free from any obstructions.
- Support the installation team with tasks such as leveling, cutting, and securing countertops.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for installation tasks, ensuring proper techniques are followed.
- Perform caulking and finishing work to achieve a polished look on installations.
- Restore surfaces as needed, ensuring a seamless integration with existing structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with shop-related tasks, including organizing materials and general maintenance.
- Support other team members as needed in various activities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installation work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, cabinetry or countertop industry, is an asset but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
