**We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Production Operator for our Facility in Windsor, Ontario.**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The role of Maintenance Technician/Production Operator includes machine repairs, oversee/execute the preventative maintenance (PM) program and to perform, oversee and coordinate oversee/conduct facility repairs as needed to maintain the facility. It is to ensure that all manufacturing and production operations are completed in accordance to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

**ROLE AND KEY REPSONSIBILITIES**

**Maintenance Technician**
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, in accordance with cGMP standards.
- Practice safe work habits in accordance with Pancap Pharma policies and best practices for safety and housekeeping standards
- Ability to perform tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Wear all required PPE and clothing as needed to safely complete assigned task(s)
- Monitor and order supply items as related to maintenance such as, filters, belts, spare parts, lubricants
- Produce high quality outcomes from executing preventative maintenance (PM)
- Utilized the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program effectively so that high equipment/machinery quality outputs are achieved
- Contribute and drive improvements to the PM program
- Follow the direction within standard operating procedures as written
- Update SOPs as required.
- Utilize and understand reports, technical information, and manufacturers’ manuals.
- Arrange and monitor all outside contractors/services as related to building to equipment services.
- Other related duties as required.

**Production Operator**
- Execute manufacturing processes in accordance with manufacturing work orders
- Operate various manufacturing equipment in granulation, coating & powder manufacturing
- Encapsulation experience
- Packaging Experience
- Perform machine set-up and GMP cleaning as required
- Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Complete manufacturing documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Always maintain compliance with related SOP’s and GMP’s in the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining or surpassing schedule.
- Ability to do heavy lifting
- Perform duties through the proper, safe use of equipment, according to Health and Safety procedures and equipment manuals, SOP’s.
- Other duties as required**.**

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 years in a maintenance role
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of fundamental GMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Health and safety.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work either as a member of a dedicated high-performance team or in directing others.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
- High level of Initiative and accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
- Strong ability to read and troubleshoot from schematics and blueprints.
- Effectively communicate and lead fellow coworkers and/or contractors in the work required to install, service and maintain equipment.
- Able to work with limited supervision.
- GMP knowledge is an asset.
- Previous Pharmaceutical experience is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
