The primary mission of this role is to provide day-to-day support to the Rental Coordinator in Canada, assisting with rental operations, logistics, inventory and administrative tasks to help streamline the rental process and maintain operational excellence. **Key responsibilities include**: - Supporting the Rental Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks. - Assisting in preliminary invoice calculations. - Providing logistics support, including shipping coordination and equipment movement. - Assisting with creating purchase orders and vendor follow-ups. - Helping to monitor renewal contracts and ensure timely updates. - Supporting receiving processes and updating stock systems accurately. - Assisting with facility maintenance and shop supplies management. - Other support duties as required.
