**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical research projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement study protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the data collection process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze research data and prepare reports.
- Train and mentor staff in research methodologies, medical terminology, and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment and retention of study participants, including performing phlebotomy as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with the research team to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and institutional policies throughout the research process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in clinical research management or a related field.
- Strong background in data management, including data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to clinical trials.
- Previous experience supervising a team is highly desirable.
- Skills in phlebotomy or nursing are advantageous for participant engagement during studies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and participants.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
