We are looking for an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to join our commercial team working out of one of our seven locations (Kincardine, Port Elgin, Owen Sound, Teeswater, Hanover, Clifford or Harriston). The successful individual will be a committed team player that is capable of multi-tasking and is adaptable to change. They will be responsible for working with the Commercial Lines Producer and should have excellent communications skills. Here are some details of the position:

- Assist producer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
- Process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance, Contracts, Customer Correspondence)
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client
- Ensure all transactions and renewals are accounted for and processed accurately and on a timely basis
- Update client information, provide quotes, confirm data and coverage and record appropriate changes or adjustments
- Answer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers, and banks
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
- Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and in any other area as required.
- Where appropriate procure a sale, normally through upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be either have, or be willing to obtain a RIBO licence.
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Acts in a professional manner at all times and maintains a position of trust and confidentiality.
- Acts in an open, respectful, honest and helpful manner with all team members, clients and other staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the EPIC operating system an asset.

- Monday to Friday
