**Position Overview**

AtlantiCann Medical Inc. (AMI) is currently seeking an Inventory Data Analyst to act as a key liaison between the production and finance teams, translating daily operations into accurate digital records. Working in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis production facility, the Inventory Data Analyst plays a vital role in supporting business operations through strong data governance and process oversight.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and reconcile inventory transactions in both inventory and accounting systems, and maintain item master data including new SKUs and bills of material.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure raw material usage and finished goods production are accurately recorded.
- Create and receive purchase orders, liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, and support procurement with purchase forecasting.
- Support inventory process improvements and monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Relevant Experience**
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, production, or data management roles
- Strong working knowledge of inventory and accounting software (Sage 50 and WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility

**Physical and Environmental Requirements**
- Able to lift, push and pull 35 pounds
- Able to bend, squat or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Exposure to pollen, allergens and chemicals in production, under bright lights; extended computer usage, and environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odours, extreme temperatures, heights and water.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
