Vice President, Retail Systems Career Opportunity
The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Vice President, Retail Systems for our Information Technology Team.
As a Vice President, Retail Systems you will be responsible for all retail store technology systems, infrastructure, and our ERP. You will work in close collaboration with the IT teams and operating departments to ensure the continuous and timely and secure operation of services in a retail environment.

**As the Vice President, Retail Systems, you will**:
Partner cross-functionally with respective leaders throughout the organization to align on the vision and roadmap to keep in line with the global technology architecture strategy.
Implement the strategy, technology, and processes to support the development of scalable, functional, and reliable product software across all retail stores.
Instill focus on innovation, emerging technologies, and making proactive recommendations, to leverage technology strategically to help meet the needs and goals of the business.
Lead portfolio planning and management across all Retail Technology products, projects, and feature enhancements inclusive of integration of stakeholder input, directing holistic prioritization, and valuation of business case reviews for approvals.
Provide leadership and future direction in Retail technology
Responsible for identifying, vetting, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience in-store.
Optimize the support model to resolve issues quickly while implementing effective long-term solutions to minimize business disruption.
Provide consultation to company operating units to define systems requirements, and develop business specifications and testing, training, and implementation plans.
Provide technical resources and expertise concerning the company’s ERP system.
Manage the relationships between the company and third-party vendors of the ERP and supporting software systems.
Influence business leaders on technology recommendations that increase sales, enable operational efficiencies and drive adoption internally.
Minimum 10 years IT experience with a demonstrable focus in retail implementations and development.
Minimum of 10 years of management experience and organizational leadership.
Leadership experience with multiple retail solutions, implementations, upgrades preferred, and custom development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables and ad hoc requests.
Experience managing and integrating retail acquisitions.
Demonstrated experience in general management areas, specifically team member development, leadership skills, organizational skills, and managing/setting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions while working through complex issues, program, and business interest-related issues.
Well-developed, executive-level critical thinking.
Criminal Record Check is required.
Some travel is required.
