**Responsibilities**:

- Input production status of work orders to support manufacturing timelines.
- Cross-check progress on orders with the production team to ensure consistency with production schedule.
- Assist with preparing reports for production planning.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma is required
- Prior experience in data entry or production would be preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
