**What you bring to the team.**

Epiroc is now hiring a Commercial Specialist to join our Ground Support Team

**Responsibilities**:
You will support our customer facing team in bringing solutions to our customers’ ground support challenges, in order to allow our customers to spend more time mining.
- Take responsibility for the sales and operations planning (S&OP).
- Ensure healthy stock levels and optimized supply pipeline.
- Manage product sales forecasting, tracking inbound replenishment and aligning with production to ensure that there is sufficient product in the supply chain.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team on new product demands.
- Manage product pricing.
- Prepare and track budget performance.
- Prepare customer tenders to ensure that we offer the best solutions.
- Manage product structures within Epiroc systems.
- Provide solid support to our Customers, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Technical Service Representatives.
- Perform other tasks and duties as required.

**Education, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. However, a combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered.
- Experience in managing the S&OP process within a B2B sales-centric organization.
- Proficiency in product pricing, sales budgets, and product management.
- Experience in contract management.
- Strong analytical skills, with a methodical, organized, and efficient work style.
- Ability to work with multiple streams of data and extract useful information.
- Knowledge of Epiroc structures (advantageous).
- The ability to bridge commercial and technical aspects of the business.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong technical and intellectual focus, with a keen ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to find common ground with colleagues across various functions.
- Willingness to travel within Canada, though the role is primarily office-based.
- Exceptional computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Enjoys working with numerical data and has the ability to efficiently summarize data using Excel and other tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to tackle challenges.
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
