**Your Role**:
As a **Caregiver**, you will provide support to clients living in their homes and assist with there day to day needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Supporting medication management and monitoring clients' health or behaviour changes.
- Manual transfers exp is a MUST
- Providing specialized care for clients with **cognitive impairments**, emotional challenges, or other complex needs that require personalized care approaches to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Supporting mobility and lifting for clients who need assistance with movement.
- Engaging clients in **meaningful activities** to stimulate emotional well-being, cognitive function, and social interaction.
- Performing housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Preparing healthy meals for our clients.
- Documenting care provided and communicating any concerns to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in caregiving, specifically with clients who have **high-demand needs**, cognitive challenges, and require specialized care approaches.
- Knowledge of **cognitive support**, **tailored care**, and managing **complex behaviours** is essential.
- Ability to assist with **transfers** and mobility support.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain).
