**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Document and report any significant changes in client behavior or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs.
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their comfort and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and medication administration is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Must speak in Italian (Must Have)
