**Job Summary：**

Responsible for processing of inward clearing, branch services and AML.

**Responsibilities and Accountability**:

- Responsible for the centralized scanning and uploading of cheques submitted by branches.
- Responsible for the verification of inward clearing of Cheque and electronica payments to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and report promptly to supervisors for any irregularities
- Responsible for generating and processing daily OIBS and other related clearing report
- Responsible for account entry processing, and day-end accounting check.
- Responsible for processing EFT payroll upon branch requirement
- Responsible for integration and assembling data and prepare periodic and special reports
- Back up AML maker business, such as AML screening, name screening for the created alert cases, identify and correcting information for the daily EFTS Batch Report, ensure all register files are updated and accurate, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors

**Job Specifications**:

- Post-secondary education
- 1 years of working experience
- Proficient in basic data analysis function of MS Office
- Strong analytical / logical mind
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Attend to details and work diligently
- Willing to take up responsibilities
- Additional language ability: Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese.
