**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Director of The Campus Health and Wellness Centre, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other campus departments to provide comprehensive support to students. You will be expected to meet with up to five students in person per day, accommodating same-day appointments and providing follow-up as necessary.

**Duties**
- Minimum five years of mental health related experience in both service delivery and administrative functions is required. Ability to assess and respond to reported concerns where a student’s behaviour could escalate to a threat in accordance to College and University protocols.
- Provide trauma-informed therapy to clients utilizing an inclusive lens and ability to support a diverse client base, including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) and 2SLGBTQ+ students.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information within PHIPPA and professional standards.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to students, staff and faculty in ways that build confidence and trust.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health and addictions, or counselling, or other applicable social sciences is required.
- Member in good standing with respective regulatory body (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), College of Psychologists of Ontario); or other regulatory bodies governing psychotherapy in Ontario.
- Training and/or experience in risk and threat assessment, non-violent crisis intervention, suicide intervention, trauma focused therapies, and mental health intervention required.
- Must have liability and WSIB insurance for practice.

Assets (Nonessential)
- Fluency in a second language.
- In-depth practice in modalities utilizing DBT and EFT.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $52.11-$54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
