**Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping and effective reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) - Required
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle - Required
- Able to proficiently communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
- Previous experience as a PSW
- Access to internet/mobile phone
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
