Structural Steel Project Manager

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage project from start to finish, addressing any problems, liaising with drafting team, subcontractors and clients.
- Manage client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Organize and manage project timelines, sub-trades, quality control and project costs.
- Perform material take offs for change orders, analyze blueprints, plans and scope of work provided by clients.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 3 years experience in construction and project coordination/ management.
- Must have knowledge of Ontario Building Code.
- Demonstrated understanding of revenue, cost, gross margin and cash management.
- Knowledge of computer assisted design.
- G license and experience driving on the 44 series highways and ability to drive a pick up truck.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
