AOG Team is looking for a General Assets Reliability Specialist for a major aeronautical company based in Mirabel.

Full-time day position

Local Applicants Currently Reside in Quebec Only

Salary Up to $42/hr depending on experience

The reliability expert is responsible for increasing and stabilizing the reliability of the equipment that is part of the machine park under his responsibility.

He must plan and organize preventive maintenance, analyze breakdowns, propose solutions to solve problems, plan interventions on equipment, coordinate and report to customers and monitor equipment performance with indicators.

To do this, the reliability expert must be able to understand the technical files of the equipment and to communicate with the technical departments of the various manufacturers.

They must also interact with maintenance technicians to understand the problems and the reality that applies to each piece of equipment under their responsibility.

He will also have to manage purchase requests, plan and monitor budgets, manage external interventions from suppliers and manufacturers who work on the equipment in his machine park.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and coordinate preventive maintenance
- View outage reports
- Perform fault analysis
- Update preventive maintenance schedules
- Management of suppliers and external stakeholders
- Set up and monitor performance and indicators
- Realize Kaisen

Job Requirements

Academic background: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in electricity, mechanics or electronics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$42.00 per hour

Schedule:
