We are looking for a project coordinator to join us in the exciting work we do in the field of modular construction. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator assists in the coordination, planning, and scheduling of logistics and site construction works associated with modular office complexes along with collaboration during the design, engineering, and production phase of our project.

**What Else You Get To Do**:
You will be involved in Sourcing, procuring, and completing small and large-scale operations according to project specifications.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, cost, and WIP tracking.
Obtain all required approvals, insurance, bonding, permits, etc.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Track, monitor and communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Preparation of project Operation and Maintenance manuals and detailed client’s maintenance program.

**Who You Are**:
College/Technical Diploma in a related field
2- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Planning, organization, coordination, and time-management skill is highly critical
Proactive and able to work independently
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and multi-tasking skills
