Ce poste relève du Gestionnaire - Spécialistes Opérations TI Americas. Le poste est responsable des demandes informatiques locales et du maintien des systèmes dans le cadre des services gérés globales. Cela comprendra le suivi des incidents, demandes TI et changements aux systèmes. La personne agira à titre d’intermédiaire entre les demandes corporatives locaux, les demandes des services globaux TI et celles des employés.

Les principales activités incluront, mais sans s'y limiter, le support TI des bureaux, de l’usine, de l’hébergement des serveurs, du réseau et de la téléphonie.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Traiter des billets dans le cadre du support de 2ème niveau
- Soutenir des systèmes critiques pour la production (2e niveau - matériel, système d'exploitation)
- Installer et configurer les postes de travail et les périphériques informatiques.
- Installer, intégrer et configurer les systèmes d'exploitation, logiciels standards et personnalisés
- Maintenir les serveurs, les dispositifs de réseau, les postes de travail, les ordinateurs de bureau, les ordinateurs portables et les équipements informatiques connexes en conformité avec les stratégies des services TI mondiaux.
- Assister, à distance, les autres départements informatiques (réseau, hébergement, etc).
- Enregistrer et documenter des cas de support informatique dans le système de billetterie
- Mettre en place et maintenir des instructions de travail et procédures.
- Gérer les opérations informatiques du site, conformément à la gouvernance et à la stratégie des services TI mondiale.
- Soutenir localement les projets informatiques mondiaux et faire la coordination entre les différentes équipes TI.
- Être le point de contact pour les plaintes et les besoins des utilisateurs locaux
- Prendre en charge toutes autres tâches connexes

**Formation**
- DEC ou DEP en informatique, soutien, réseau, système ou autre formation pertinente en lien avec le poste.

**Exigences et compétences**
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en support informatique de première ou de deuxième ligne.
- Bilingue (Anglais/Français)
- Être disponible en cas d’urgence local 24/7
- Expérience avec O365
- Expérience avec Microsoft Windows et Microsoft Server OS
- Expérience dans la réseautique informatique
- Expérience avec le matériel de serveur et de stockage
- Connaissance des bases de données SQL
- Connaissance des environnements infonuagiques (cloud)
- Connaissance du workflow manufacturier - un atout
