**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
