Brillio's relentless commitment to providing an exceptional experience to its Brillians and nurturing their full potential consistently garners them the Great Place to Work® certification year after year. **Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (Apttus CLM)** **Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)** - 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. - Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM configuration, workflows, and templates. - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and optimization. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, validation rules, and automation tools. - Experience with integrations between Apttus CLM, Salesforce, and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, CPQ). - Proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. - Preferred Skills: - Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or other Salesforce certifications. - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus or Conga CLM. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies. - Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration** L1-MN1 Know what it’s like to work and grow at Brillio: Click here
