As the Marketing Manager at Reunion Coffee Roasters, you will assume the leadership role in branding, product development and commercialization. Together with your fellow leaders in Sales, Sustainability, Operations, Quality, Coffee, and R&D, you will drive value for our partners by working directly with internal and external stakeholders to move projects through the pipeline at a pace that sets us apart from others in our industry. Your experience in brand marketing and the commercialization process is paramount. Together with our team of change makers, you will use your expertise in delivering functional processes to propel us to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Champion our brand’s growth, product development and commercialization processes in alignment with Sales, R&D and Operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing processes and workflows to drive best practices from product ideation to product launch.
- Be a values-driven leader for the Marketing Team at Reunion, including direct report(s) and third-party vendor relationships
- Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communications on project status and risks, including direct customer and vendor facing discussions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including product packaging, brochures, promotional content and client proposals and presentations.
- Manage and support trade shows, brand marketing and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Manage and coordinate intellectual property, including trademarks, URL’s, etc.
- Oversee Reunion's social media engagement and strategic alignment with business planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on Reunion's PR strategy and execution
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare long and short-term marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, quantifying outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies, including pricing.
- Occasional travel to vendors, trade events, and clients.
- Copy writing for website, marketing materials and packaging.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on commercialization of manufactured products.
- Marketing experience in CPG and/or Food manufacturing.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market reach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for specialty coffee and sustainability is a plus.
