**Commercial Cleaner - Part-Time & On-Call**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including **dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface disinfection**:

- Conduct **custodial duties** in office and commercial environments
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as **auto scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors**:

- Use appropriate power and hand tools for maintenance-related cleaning tasks
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients regarding site needs or special instructions
- Identify and report safety hazards or repair needs promptly
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within shift hours
- Adhere to all safety and WHMIS protocols (training provided if certification is older than 3 years)

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience**:

- Proven ability to **use commercial cleaning machines and tools**:

- Strong attention to detail and cleaning quality
- **Physically capable** of heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and fast-paced movement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- **Valid G Driver’s License** and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be **available for part-time and on-call shifts**:

- Shifts may fall on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
- WHMIS certified (training provided if expired)
- Police Background Check required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
