**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of the Teen Program (Member) Coordinator is to coordinate all teen-related programs and activities within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to conducting membership development programs, and Youth of the Year. The goal of this position is to increase teen membership, build rapport, and retain teen membership.

Program Management & Performance
- Assist Club Director in Teen member recruitment and retention of teens from local middle and high schools
- Implement a teen member recruitment and retention program that includes a detailed social media component
- Work with the Director to Implement the annual teen interest survey
- Keep detailed reports of all teens who participate in programming.
- Communicate with local partners who may be interested in employing our teens after completion of our programs
- Stimulate teen interest in participating in Club, community, and cultural events good character traits in our teen members

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
