Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with various needs and abilities
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement and follow individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and behavior
- Collect and record data on patient activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide transportation to appointments or recreational activities

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with data collection methods and documentation is beneficial

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors
