**Summary**

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our exceptional team at Carstar Welland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing parts orders and providing top-notch customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage parts inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their parts needs.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized records of parts orders and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Assist in the training of new staff on parts processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in an automotive service advisor or parts role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is highly beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
