**Information Security Analyst**

The Information Security Analyst under the direction of the IT Manager will be required to identify and enhance security systems, solutions, and programs by recommending and implementing measures to protect the company's IT/OT computer networks and systems

While working closely with the IT Manager, the Information Security Analyst will create security policies, educate and train stakeholders at various levels of the company. The Information Security Analyst will direct security tests, as well as risk assessments, to ensure that Oxford Food Group as well as its customers and staff are protected against industry threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- IT security technical certification
- Experience would be considered an asset
- Cybersecurity framework knowledge
- Technical skills in Linux, Windows, documentation & report writing, project management, programming, and a strong background in design and operations of computer networks and systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring security access
- Performing both internal and external security audits
- Analyzing security breaches to identify root cause
- Continuous development and updating the company's incident response and disaster recovery plans
- Developing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity
- Implementing cybersecurity related training modules
- Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements
- Staying up-to-date on related trends, standards and news
- Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis
