Come be apart of our amazing team The Old Station Restaurant has been one of the towns /tourists favourite for 40 years. We pride ourselves in being a fast paced, fresh, good quality and good service restaurant. We're looking for valued members to join our team.

No experience needed, we're happy to train.

Expectations ;
- Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
- Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range
- Light prep tasks
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
- Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol
- Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or chef

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bracebridge, ON P1L 2B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
