Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a Production Team Member to produce and assemble various components for Motorhomes.

Hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting, assembling, and preparing motorhome components for installation
- Operate Thermal former, Edge bander, and Woodshop m such as Table saws, Drill press, handheld power tools, mitre saws, edge bander, and routers in a safe and effective manner.
- Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded.
- Inspect own work and repair as required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area
- Report production tasks and material shortages to Supervisor
- Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Secondary School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fraction.
- Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is ideal.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual.

Pay: From $23.15 per hour
