All Electrical is seeking a Junior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our professional and dedicated team with estimating experience in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors. We are located in Stoney Creek (Hamilton). The applicant must be a team player, motivated, enjoy working to deadlines and be willing to participate in the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation, review and follow up of estimates/quotations and change orders
- Attend job sites to determine the scope of work with customers
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Identify potential cost saving solutions
- Prepare bid packages and tender documents
- Project manage quoted jobs
- Establish, maintain, and build effective relationships with clients and suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage staff and subcontractors
- Maintain pricing and costing data
- Project cost analysis
- Procurement of material
- Be committed and self-motivated, self-starter, with exceptionally good organizational skills

**Qualifications**
- Electrical trade certificate 309A or 442A, technician or technologist diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator and project manager
- Knowledgeable in current Ontario Electrical Code
- Experience with Accubid or similar estimating program is a MUST
- Computer skills and proficiency using MS Office
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills, motivated and punctual
- Clean driver’s abstract

**Job Type**
- Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience
- This position includes a benefits package (Medical & Dental)

**Salary**: $51,022.00-$72,189.00 per year
