**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of cleaners
- Perform and inspect deep cleans for residential and commercial spaces
- Train and coach team members to meet company standards
- Communicate with clients and handle concerns with professionalism
- Ensure timelines, checklists, and quality benchmarks are met
- Be responsible for supplies, inventory, and cleanliness of tools/equipment
- Serve as the main point of contact on-site — first to arrive, last to leave

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or post-renovation)
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Ability to manage team performance and timelines
- Comfortable using checklists, apps, or digital tools
- Valid G-Class driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and digital
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs, climb stairs, and work on feet for long periods

**(Must have or Willing to Obtain Immediately)**
- Valid WHMIS Certification
- First Aid & CPR (Level C) Certification
- Completion of Ontario Health & Safety Awareness for Workers

**Bonus (Assets but Not Required)**:

- Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) training
- Green or eco-friendly cleaning certification
- Experience training new hires
- Experience in post-construction or deep cleaning projects
