As a Contract Analyst at CDW, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our contract product list and pricing. You will be responsible for preparing contract modifications and reports while also supporting with coordination and response. You will work cross functionally with the Sales Team to assist with quotes and our Purchasing Team to ensure contract costs are updated for product rebates.

**What you’ll do**
- Update the contract database and communicate changes within the company
- Prepare reports
- Review order configuration and resolve issues
- Prepare contract deliverable reports
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Assist in the preparation of contract modifications for price reductions, addition of product, discontinuance of product, product replacements and version changes
- Works through other CDW Canada departments to resolve issues and support the sales effort
- Assist with completion of customer or third-party questionnaires.

**What you need to succeed**
**Must-have**
- College Diploma (2 years)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with Word and utilizing Style Guides
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience administering contracts within the IT or a similar industry
- Financial background / numbers and reporting
- Associates degree
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience in technology and related services sales
- Presentation skills

*This is a contract role until March 2026*

Pay range: $ 50,000 - $ 69,200, depending on experience and skill set
