**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gathering and clarifying project requirements from clients and creating a detailed requirements document
- Assist in planning and allocating resources to ensure project efficiency and balanced workloads
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Conduct thorough testing at various project stages to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Track task progress and identify areas requiring attention
- Provide clients with regular updates on progress and escalating issues when needed
- Keep detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates and reports
- Utilize Asana and other tools to manage and organize tasks, timelines, and resources effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in project support or coordination, ideally within a data solutions or technology environment.
- Proficiency with Asana and familiarity with other project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to conduct thorough testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to learning and growing within project management.
- Familiarity with data engineering and analytics concepts is a strong asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
