**Description**:
Reena is actively looking for
**Seasonal Part-Time Casual Recreational Support Workers (RSW)** to work within Reena's Community Outreach programs. As a RSW, you would be providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is a great opportunity for University/College students looking for part-time employment, with an opportunity for extensions and growth within the agency.

**_Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, Weekday and/or Weekend Shifts available._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in meeting their needs of daily living
- Design and implement recreational based activities
- Reinforce social and life skills
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training

**Qualifications**:

- Background related to child care, education, social work, psychology, social services, child and youth worker
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Flexible and adaptive to change

**About Reena**:
Reena is a non-profit organization that promotes dignity, individuality, independence, personal growth and community inclusion for people with diverse abilities within a framework of Jewish culture and values.

Reena was established in 1973 by parents of children with developmental disabilities as a practical alternative to institutions. In 1977, Reena began receiving funding from the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and since that time has grown to provide support for hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Reena offers a variety of services including: residential support, respite programs, counselling, therapy and advocacy.
