We are currently seeking a full time permanent bell/valet attendant. This position is a 40 hour per week role, with a mix of morning and evening shifts, and may included weekends and holidays. The position is posted at a premium rate as it is full time, and will include advanced cross training in front office duties.

The Bellman is responsible for ensuring that the guest is greeted, that his or her luggage and other immediate needs are cared for, and guest/company vehicles are driven with extreme care.

The Bellman is often the very first and last impression made on our guests. As a result, their attention to fine service is imperative.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, friendly, upbeat, outgoing, mature person who thrives in a fast
- paced environment
- Must be neat in appearance and grooming.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting guest luggage and belongings.
- Must be detail orientated and able to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Eager to learn new tasks, and multi-task within the hotel as required.
- Previous experience in a related hotel position preferred _(i.e. Bell, Valet, Concierge,)_
- **Driver’s License required. Submission of Driver’s abstract required upon hire.**
- **Ability to drive standard transmission strongly preferred**.

Notes:
The position has a pay range of $21 to start. Higher pay rates are available following probationary period, and supplemental rates once further cross training is complete are also available. We are happy to walk through these amounts in the interview process. Tips & commissions are included also in this role.

There is potential to cross train as a Guest Services Agent once trained in role. Those who are cross trained in GSA role are paid a further premium rate.

Extended Medical benefits are provided to those working 24 hours per week or more, after probationary period.
