**Job Type**: 70% CCA Bath Lead Position

We’re growing again We are looking for Continuing Care Assistants (CCA) to join our TEAM.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Assists residents with hygiene needs and daily living activities including bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care, positioning in bed, feeding and transferring.
- Main duties include resident baths focusing on overall skin health, nail care and assessment.
- Collaborates with the resident and other members of the interdisciplinary team in the development of individualized Resident Care Plan.
- Communicates and reports relevant information regarding resident care or safety to the charge nurse.

**Requirements Include**:

- Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Workers Course.
- The ability to work required shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Alzheimer’s & other Related Dementia Care Course, U-First training preferred.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: $45,434.00-$60,778.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Germany, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
