The Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association is hiring

We are a non-profit organization that provides much needed funding to Hamilton Health Sciences. Please note that since we operate inside a healthcare facility, health clearance is required from the Hamilton Health Sciences. Part of that health clearance process is providing proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or documentation justifying an exemption by utilizing their process for exemptions. Please note that only in very limited circumstances are exemptions approved.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word/Excel/PP/Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Previous experience with preparation of various e-documents
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work and take initiative
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated, detail and goal oriented
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative
- Ability to meet project and task deadlines
- Trustworthy, honest and able to maintain confidentiality
- Business management training or previous administrative experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle to travel to various sites as needed
