Server/bartender

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink/food orders and providing recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar & dining area, including proper storage of ingredients and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with experience in cashiering or restaurant environments.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
