**Job Summary**
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties to assist with maintaining Utilities Geographic Information Systems (GIS) database and support regulatory compliance.

**Accountabilities**
- Assist in geotagging utility assets across campus to collect various information for GIS dataset (i.e. fire hydrants, chilled water pipes, steam pipes, etc.), using a GPS device and Fieldmaps app.
- Co-ordinate with ESRI Canada to create and maintain Web Maps and Web Apps.
- Provide support for regulatory compliance reports, including data editing, data management and cartography.

**Qualifications**
Education: Current undergraduate student who has completed a geographic information systems course and GIS programming code.
Experience: Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.

**Working Conditions**
- Role will be geotagging, which requires physically going to an asset such as a manhole/hydrant and using the GPS device to tag the coordinates
- Typical office environment
