As a member of our Warehouse team, you will work in a team environment to ensure the success of daily inbound and outbound shipments. In this position, you will additionally be responsible for general warehouse assistance, generation of shipping labels and monitoring of all inbound and outbound shipments to ensuring their timely arrival. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager, and will work in close partnership with the other members of the Warehouse team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages inbound and outbound shipment tracking
- Generating shipping labels using specific courier software
- Coordinates and facilitates shipments, including truck deliveries and pick-ups
- Communicates with carriers and visitors
- In office data entry, inputting received orders and sending invoices
- Ensures shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution are performed in an efficient manner
- Picks, receives, replenishes, puts away, counts inventory and ships as required
- Ensures on-time and accurate order fulfillment for internal and external requests
- Facilitates material movement into and out of the facility
- Participates in regular inventory and cycle counts
- Maintains an organized inventory and clean warehouse
- Assist with complete organization of all stored containers as required
- Organizes pallet racks; breaking down and preparing to ship pallets
- Assist with general office administration tasks as necessary
- Adheres to and ensures safe work practices

**Requirements /Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education and/or minimum 3 years working experience
- Experience with processing shipments, receiving and order fulfillment
- Valid G License with clean driver’s abstract
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse principles and procedures
- Experience with FedEx, UPS and DHL workstations
- Results driven; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Works with urgency to resolve any shipment issues
- Excellent verbal and written communications

- Integrity and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work and succeed without direct supervision
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Working knowledge of RF scanners and label printers
- Uses computer technology at the intermediate user level, knowledge of MS Office and shipping/logistic software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
