We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Product & Merchandising Team as our **Product & Pricing Strategist**.**This role is **full-time, permanent**working out of our head office and plant located at 70 Lexington Park, Winnipeg, MB.

**THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, promotions, category management, or related fields, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of retail pricing strategies, promotions planning, and omnichannel retail environments.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Familiarity with consumer purchasing behavior.

- The Product & Pricing Strategist is responsible for optimizing sales and margins across all business channels through strategic pricing. This role provides detailed analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations based on pricing, margin, cost or MOQ changes, return rates, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
