We are currently interviewing part time Sales Representative for our retail store located in Scarborough, ON. We specialized modern home furnishings and lightings with a unique and different style. If you’re interested in home interior décor then this job is right for you

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive the sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales services.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions, and policies.
- Keeping the store in a clean and presentable environment
- Occasional use of step ladder **Require to lift 15-30 pounds**

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in Sales and customer service is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate and relate to people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.
- Ability to learn our services, pricing methods, and systems easily.
- Demonstrated MS Skills.
- Minimum of six months retail sales experience.
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must speak good English

This is a base pay plus commission position. Need immediate start. We are looking for permanent employees who can stay with us for the foreseeable future.

Part-time hours: Mandatory Saturday 11-7 sun 12-6. Plus 5 hour shifts on two weekdays out of the week, you can choose.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

- Scarborough, ON M1P 2L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
