Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst

**Responsibilities**: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements - Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals - Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary **Qualifications**: - 7-10 years overall experience in a Java or Enterprise Apps Development - Back-end: Spring, Spring boot, Java 11+, Hibernate, Design patterns: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. - Good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies is a must. - Strong fundamentals of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Standards) Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms - Strong experience developing and architecting integrated solution with non-functional requirements like scalability, high availability, consistency. - Ability to write "Clean code" using Core Java, JEE, Collections, Multithreading - Strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST/SOAP protocols - Fundamental database concepts and experience with a relational database (MSSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL platforms. - Must have a good understanding of Unit testing, test coverage. - Ability and willingness to work across multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks. - Fundamental understanding of and experience with cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes - Usage of Swagger/Open API specification to define, document, implement and test APIs - A good understanding of Standard, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles - Should have good understanding of Containers, docker deployment. - Strong knowledge with testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha - Experience in performing effective code and design reviews. - 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred, with experience building technology solutions on enterprise scale.. - Experience in High-Speed Messaging platforms such as KAFKA. - Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery technologies and tools. Experience with Jenkins. **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines - Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
