**Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoice customer orders
- Process pending orders
- Verify and approve credits (returns)
- Enter bank transfers
- Process automatic payments
- Collect overdue customer accounts
- Perform various internal and external follow-ups
- Identify, resolve and report issues
- Perform various data entry for the accounting department
- File accounting documents
- Occasional reception replacements (lunch breaks, vacations, absences)
- Other sporadic accounting projects or tasks

**Required Competences and Skills**:

- Bilingual (English/French), both spoken and written (English is necessary as we serve all of Canada and have international clients)
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Accuracy and detail-oriented
- Ability to identify missing or inconsistent data
- Fast data entry skills
- Autonomous and able to work under pressure
- Experience with SAP Business One (an asset)

**Education**:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position Diploma in accounting, office administration, or equivalent

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - (40 hours per week)
Permanent and full-time position
On-site only - 3405, F.X.Tessier Street, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, J7V 5V5
