Our brewery is seeking a Packaging Operator to continue growing our brands in Vancouver’s craft beer community.

Packaging Operators report to the Operations Manager and are responsible for carrying out facility, brewery and packaging operations. Packaging team members are key positions and you must be a self-starter with great energy, true passion for craft beer and a focus on taste, quality and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for packaging operations starting from material handling, running packaging equipment and full goods handling
- Work closely with the Packaging Team Lead to organize and plan daily activities
- Monitor and test at all stages against QA guidelines, maintain consistent high quality of our brands
- Keep meticulous production records
- Maintain high level of safety, quality and compliance standards
- Ensure the brewery is maintained at showcase standards of cleanliness at all times
- General warehouse duties as required
- Positively represent Red Truck Beer Company, both internally and externally

This is a **Full-Time, Hourly** position, plus health benefits after 3 months.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for the BC Craft Beer industry
- Forklift certification an asset; First Aid an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required
- Schedule flexibility a must
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 kgs
- Excellent teamwork and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
