Marshall Fabrics is opening a new location in Calgary and we are seeking a highly organized and customer service focused individual to join our team as a Retail Manager in January 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and manage staff
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Use programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Promote the store and its products on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Cash reports
- Merchandising
- Ordering and processing restock of product

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of manager experience
- Fabric and sewing knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
