UnitiWall is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our wall panel products meet quality and specification standards before leaving the facility.
You will work on the production floor, inspecting panels, performing measurements, reviewing incoming materials, and reporting any quality issues. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly support the quality and reputation of our products.

What you’ll be doing
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inspect wall panels on the production floor to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy
- Measure and compare products against technical drawings and specifications
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify product dimensions, ensuring they align with required standards
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
- Identify and report defects or non-conformances in the production process, and follow up to ensure timely corrective action
- Review received goods to verify materials match order specifications and meet quality requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and product specifications to guide inspection and quality checks
- Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
- Follow all established quality control, safety, and operational procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Desired Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control role
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant technical diploma or degree
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address defects or discrepancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Well-organized and resourceful in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Physically able to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs without restriction
