(Please note an average of 30 hours per week to be expected) The focus of your role is to produce high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on-the-job experience. This position will develop you into a valued team member Property Maintenance Technical expert who will deliver quality work on a consistent basis. This position will work Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Team members have an opportunity to grow within my franchise and the company. We are looking for individuals with that "Go Getter" attitude and work ethic. You must like working with an awesome team and be ready to hit it rain or shine. Being physically fit and having a good head on your shoulders is key.
