We are a busy Landscape maintenance and snow removal company servicing primarily commercial properties in London Ontario.

We are looking to add some crew members to finish out the season, with the opportunity to remain on for our winter season.

As a crew member you will be responsible for maintaining properties by completing site specific tasks such as mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, weeding garden beds and collecting debris. In the fall months, tasks may change to debris collection, preparing gardens for winter and collecting leaves.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload tools, and equipment required to complete daily tasks
- complete daily tasks using equipment provided
- Daily tasks will include trimming, edging, using a blower, cutting the grass, weeding garden beds, collecting debris, leaf collections
- Other duties as assigned by Crew leader or Operations Manager

Hours will vary due to weather, this a full-time position.

Summary
As a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our client's outdoor spaces. With core skills in landscape maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the use of landscape equipment, you will contribute to the upkeep of our grounds. Expertise in gardening and horticulture will be valuable assets in creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. Effective communication skills will ensure seamless coordination with the team and successful completion of tasks. **Qualifications**:

- Landscape maintenance experience
- Proficiency in using landscape equipment such as mower, blower, trimmer
- Knowledge of mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of gardening and horticulture

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
