Carpenter/laborer

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Fabricate and build structures, including framing, drywall installation, trim and flooring installation.
- Assist in renovating existing structures to meet client needs/standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct construction estimating if needed.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry or related labor roles Is an asset.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, willingness to learn
- Familiarity with product installation techniques and methods.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
