**Description sommaire des fonctions**
Le Représentant Services aux clients est responsable de la gestion de plusieurs comptes mineurs à l’intérieur d’un territoire bien défini. Ce dernier agit à titre de support à l’équipe des ventes dans l’optique d’offrir un meilleur service et d’augmenter nos parts de marché. Il a aussi la responsabilité de s’occuper des questions ou problèmes quotidiens, des demandes d'intervention et des plaintes, la communication des promotions, l’émission de crédits et le renforcement de nos politiques clients.
Plus précisément, le titulaire doit:
- Représenter Agropur auprès des clients et servir également de ressource en matière de soutien à la clientèle pour les Coordonnateurs de territoires (CTM);
- Créer des liens avec les Coordonnateurs distribution et Agents distributeurs pour le traitement de suivis clients;
- Établir des rapports, entre autres sur les statistiques de vente, volumes, retours de produits invendables, clients et les différents plans d’action en vigueur;
- Supporter le développement de nouveaux clients dans un territoire donné;
- Assurer le suivi d’introduction de nouveaux produits et faire de la prospection en termes développement de produits connexes;
- Assurer le suivi des clients actifs et inactifs dans son territoire;
- Collaborer avec d'autres services ( distribution, fichier maître, crédit, gestion de prix) pour résoudre des problèmes de service à la clientèle;
- Préparer, revoir et soumettre des formulaires de renseignements sur les clients et des demandes de crédit pour des comptes clients existants et nouveaux;
- Élaborer et effectuer des soumissions pour des clients services alimentaires;
- Répondre à toutes demandes des clients sur les produits de l’entreprise (prix, fiches techniques, etc.).
**Exigences**:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Expérience en rapport avec la coordination ou l'administration des ventes;
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) pour pouvoir communiquer avec nos clients unilingues;
- Esprit d'équipe, sens de l'analyse, souci du détail, approche proactive et capacité démontrée d'offrir un service à la clientèle remarquable;
- Aptitude prouvée en matière de collaboration avec d'autres services en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue;
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et connaissance de logiciels (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
